  • Purpose of Collection: To schedule meetings, respond to inquiries via the contact form, and deliver services.

  • Retention Period: Kept as long as necessary to provide service, or until consent is withdrawn.

Type of Information: Newsletter Subscription (Email)

  • Purpose of Collection: To send you updates, news, and promotional material relevant to our DEI services.

  • Retention Period: Until you unsubscribe via the link provided in every email.

Type of Information: Technical/Usage (IP Address, Browser Type, Pages Visited)

  • Purpose of Collection: To analyze website performance, track effectiveness of marketing, and improve user experience.

  • Retention Period: 62 days in Wix Analytics.

4. Cookies, Tracking, and Profiling Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies (e.g., Google Analytics, social media pixels) to help us understand how you use our website. These technologies may identify, locate, or profile you. By continuing to use our website, you consent to their use.

8. Privacy Incidents

In the event of a confidentiality breach involving your personal information that presents a risk of serious injury, we will notify you and the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (CAI) in accordance with Law 25.
